Delivery

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and confirmed, delivery will be completed within the following timeframes

• Tbilisi: 1–2 business days
• Regions and villages: 2–5 business days

The delivery timeframe is calculated from the date the order is confirmed. Weekends, non-working days, and official public holidays are not included in the delivery period.

In certain cases, the delivery timeframe may change due to product availability, the delivery address, weather conditions, or other objective circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be informed in advance of any updated delivery information.

Delivery is made to the nearest accessible open area at the specified address. The service does not include carrying the product into the building entrance, inside the home, or to a specific floor.
